- Pathways to Professor: Post-Tenure Career Advancement for Feminist Psychologists
The Committee on Academic Feminist Psychology organized a Pathways to Professor panel, which was held at the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues (SPSSI) conference in June 2017. The panel featured Heather Bullock, PhD; Liz Cole, PhD; and Yolanda Flores Niemann, PhD. Stephanie Shields, PhD, served as moderator. The three full professors, who contributed a wealth of institutional experience, represented different institutional types and provided practical tools for navigating the path to full professor. The discussion examined strategies for career advancement for recently tenured feminist scholars.
